Steep the tea bags in 12.oz water for a minute. Then add all ingredients into your handy self-stirring mug for a minute and enjoy. This bulletproof black tea is absolutely delicious!

 

Bulletproof Chai Tea

12.oz water

1 Chai Tea bag

2 Tsp  Kerrygold butter

1 Tbsp MCT oil

2 Tbsp heavy cream

Pinch of cinnamon

Stevia to taste

Steep the tea bag in 12.oz hot water for a minute. Then add all your ingredients in a blender and blend till you have a frothy and enjoy your bulletproof chai tea.

 

Bulletproof Matcha Green tea

1 cup coconut milk

1/2 warm cup water

1 Tsp organic matcha green tea powder

1 Tsp Whipping Cream

2 Tbsp Unflavoured Perfectketo

1 Tsp Monkfruit Sweetener

In a small saucepan, bring the coconut milk to a boil over medium-high heat, and then immediately remove from the heat.
