Bulletproof herbal tea
10 ounces of Ginger tea (or any other herbal tea of your choice)
1 Tbsp MCT oil
1 Tbsp Ghee

1 cup coconut milk
1/2 warm cup water
1 Tsp Whipping Cream
2 Tbsp Unflavoured Perfectketo
1 Tsp Monkfruit Sweetener
In a small saucepan, bring the coconut milk to a boil over medium-high heat, and then immediately remove from the heat.
