Bulletproof coffee recipes that can make being on the keto easier.
So you’re on keto but finding it hard to find ways to stay full. If this is you and this is causing you to overeat or you’re just tired of feeling those constant hunger pangs, then I’ve got an awesome solution for you.
It’s called Bulletproof coffee.
Keto eaters have found that this coffee is an amazing way to consume enough fat during the day, and it’s amazing at making you feel full for longer periods of time.
These recipes are super delicious and can help you on your keto journey. In fact, I’ve read real-life stories where people were able to break their plateau by introducing bulletproof coffee into their way of life, so give it a shot!
Some tips before you start:
- Make sure to start out with smaller amounts of fats and gradually work your way up. Avoiding this step can have you in the restroom for a while when you’re just starting out.
- Blend your bulletproof coffee with a regular blender or a handy handheld coffee mixer...otherwise, it will taste absolutely gross! Blending it helps to make all the ingredients combine and emulsify the fat so it tastes like a latte instead of a greasy mess.
- Use HOT coffee as this will help all the ingredients get combined better.
Here are some recipes you need to try out: Please, test out a few to find out which ones you actually really enjoy.

I want to try these recipes. I tried another recipe that added vanilla and cocoa…I really think I will like your recipes better. seems hard to sweeten the cocoa. I used Swerve that I couldn’t seem to get it to be sweet enough…Thank you for new choices.
I already number one… I don’t blend it though. I often wonder if it matters.
Hi Lena! If you enjoy your bulletproof coffee without it being blended then it shouldn’t matter at all.
