In order to ensure that you’re in ketosis, avoid these foods as they have a high carbohydrate content:

Fruits to avoid include: Cherries, Pears, Watermelon, Grapes, Oranges, Mangoes, Dates, Raisins, Grapefruits, Bananas, Papaya, Melon, Apples, Pineapples, Apricots, kiwi, Figs

Grains to avoid: Wheat, Rice, Rye, Oats, Corn, Quinoa, Barley, Millet, Bulgur, Amaranth, Buckwheat
