I don’t know about you guys, but I have a love-hate relationship with making meal prep recipes.

On the one hand, I love it because I have all my meals prepared and ready to be devoured when nature calls and this saves me from my normal binge eating, which in turn helps me to either lose or maintain my weight.

However, meal prep usually takes too much time! It feels like every time in the past I tried to meal prep, I’ve spent my entire day in the kitchen! Don’t get me wrong, it’s not nearly as much time as I spend feeling guilty for eating a chocolate chip muffin when I don’t meal prep, but, it just takes too long!
