This is a super basic recipe with only a few ingredients to help you get your feet wet with bulletproof coffee and don’t want to add too many other ingredients in your recipe.

 

1 tbsp organic coconut oil or 1 tbsp of MCT oil

2 tbsp grass fed butter

12 oz  of your favorite coffee (hot)

Combine all your ingredients in a blender and blend for a few minutes.

Pour in your cup and serve.

 

Bulletproof coffee recipe #2

This recipe is great if you want to add some more flavors to your bulletproof coffee.

1 tbsp coconut oil

1 tbsp heavy whipping cream

Pinch of cinnamon

1 tbsp pure Madagascar vanilla

10 oz favorite coffee (hot)

Add all this to your blender and blend for a few minutes.

10oz black coffee (hot)

1tbsp grass fed butter

1tbsp coconut oil

1 tbsp heavy cream

1 tsp Truvia sweetener

Whip in a hand blender for about 1 minute and pour into your favorite mug. Enjoy.

1 tbsp coconut oil

1 tbsp ghee

Torani syrup

1 tbsp Califia coconut creamer

10 oz hot coffee

Blend well for a few minutes. Optional, add some ice.
